Yes, this is the story of an ordinary village girl who, through struggle, belief and passion, transformed not only her own life but also the circumstances of her family. Once a girl who eagerly awaited new clothes during festivals and for whom the preparation of special dishes at home was akin to a grand celebration, she now commands a monthly income of lakhs, owns a luxurious home and multiple vehicles and has established herself as a successful leader. This is the story of Bindu Bharti, a daughter of Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Her journey demonstrates that when one’s resolve is strong, even a lack of resources can become stepping stones to success.

Poverty vs Dreams and a Brother's Faith
Reflecting on her early life, Bindu recalls a childhood marked by financial struggle. Her father earned a mere ten thousand rupees in Kolkata, an income that had to sustain a family of five. The situation was such that her mother often had to borrow money just to pay the children's school fees. According to Bindu, even festivals brought compromises rather than joy.
Her mother would often say, "Either eat a special meal today or be prepared to go hungry for the next four days." Buying new clothes was out of the question; weddings and festivals would pass with them wearing the same old outfits year after year. Hoping to change her family's circumstances, she completed her BA and enrolled in a B.Ed. program with the dream of becoming a teacher; however, that dream, too, was crushed under the weight of financial hardship, as she lacked the funds to pay the fees.
Then, one day, her younger brother Santosh Bharti became the catalyst for a major life change. It was he who told Bindu about 'Galway' and took her to a seminar held in Prayagraj. Although Bindu did not fully grasp the intricacies of the business at the time, she had complete faith in her brother. She reasoned that since she had nothing left to lose, why not give this new opportunity a chance? That marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life.
Mother Sold Her Jewelry, Betting on Dreams
There was no money at home to start the business. That was when her mother did something that still moves Bindu to tears when she recalls it. Her mother sold her jewelry worth 30,000 and borrowed some additional funds to breathe life into her daughter's dreams. Right then, Bindu resolved that one day she would repay her mother many times over. And witness the power of the Galway business: in a short span of time, she gifted her mother a new set of jewelry worth 2.5 lakh. This was not merely jewelry; it was a daughter's tribute to her mother's sacrifice.
Society raised questions & family turned against
As the journey began with her mother's sacrifice, society started strewing the path with the thorns of rejection. Not everyone approved of a village girl stepping out of her home to conduct business among hundreds of people. People questioned her character; some even claimed that girls were not cut out for such work. Moreover, at the behest of relatives, her family stopped speaking to Bindu and her brother for about six to seven months. They were given a clear ultimatum: choose either the company or the family. Yet, Bindu believed in her dreams. She realized that giving up then would mean a lifetime of regret. She says she was confident that, one day, her success would be her answer. And indeed, today, those very people take pride in her success.
A journey from 1,600 to crores
Bindu’s first cheque from Galway was for just 1,600, yet she viewed that modest sum as the starting point of her journey toward her goal. Gradually, her training and hard work began to pay off. She earned incentives amounting to 70,000 and today, both she and her husband earn a monthly income running into lakhs of rupees. Using her earnings from Galway, Bindu spent 17 lakhs each on her sister's wedding, her own wedding and her brother's wedding, a total expenditure of 51 lakhs. She reflects that while celebrating festivals used to be a struggle, she now has the means to fulfill every dream her family has. With a smile, Bindu says that this 11-year journey feels as rewarding as reaping the fruits of eleven lifetimes. Her family once lived in a small, two-room house; today, she has built a magnificent nine-room home for her mother in the village. She purchased a plot in Kanpur for 45 lakhs and constructed a grand house worth 65 lakhs at her in-laws' place. Now, she dreams of buying land in Jharkhand and Sasaram as well. There was a time when her household did not even own a bicycle; today, she owns multiple vehicles, including a Kwid car and motorcycles like the Jawa, Pulsar, Gixxer, Avenger and Jupiter. Furthermore, she gifted her in-laws a new tractor worth 7 lakhs for their farming operations.
Galway Becomes a Family Business
Galway brought Bindu not only wealth and fame but also a life partner. It was through this business that she met Pramod Singh Rajput and the two entered into a love marriage. Today, both are successful Galwians. Bindu believes that success renders any form of discrimination insignificant. She has now transformed Galway into a family business; her brother Santosh Bharti, sister Preeti Bharti and husband Pramod Singh Rajput are all part of the venture. She regards Galway as the greatest teacher of her life. Today, young women from villages draw inspiration from her. Bindu’s success has shifted the mindset of the entire region; many girls from her village and the surrounding areas are joining this business and becoming financially self-reliant.
Beyond Dreams… Preparing to Build a Legacy
After this magnificent 11-year journey, her vision board now holds dreams that are set to shape her new identity in the coming years. She aims to purchase her dream car, a Kia worth approximately 17 lakhs by her upcoming anniversary. Alongside this, she is preparing to buy land worth around 50 lakhs in Daltonganj (Jharkhand) and Sasaram (Bihar). Her journey toward becoming a GDD is also ongoing. As Bindu puts it, "I have witnessed poverty and struggle up close; therefore, my dream is not merely to become wealthy, but to secure a future for my family's coming generations that is safe, prosperous and filled with the fulfillment of dreams."
Galway comes to the rescue during tough times
Addressing women, Bindu says, "Stop paying attention to what the world says. When a household faces financial hardship, no neighbor comes forward to provide food; only Galway comes to the rescue. Therefore, the decision must be yours. My experience tells me that, compared to the outside world, this business is far safer and more dignified for women. If a girl from a small village in Azamgarh can earn around ₹1 lakh a month today, then you can too. Just place unwavering faith in your upline and the system."
