Born in Mangra village of Latehar district, Jharkhand, Premchandra lived a very simple life. Before joining Galway, his financial condition was very poor. His father worked as a daily laborer, at brick kilns, road construction and digging wells or ponds. Due to financial problems, even his mother had to work. The daily wage was just 150rs and work was not available every day. Earning even 2000 rs a month was difficult.
But today, Premchandra has earned up to 2,80,000 rs monthly incentives in Galway. This shows the real power of Galway, from earning 2000 to nearly 3 lakhs per month.
His struggles did not stop there. Due to lack of money, his sister had to leave her studies so that he could continue his education. Later, when she got married, he felt bad that he could not support her properly. But after joining Galway, he fulfilled all her needs, from TV and fridge to financial support.
In this business, success is so big that it fulfills every family dream. Premchandra first bought a bike for himself, then gifted one to his father, gave a scooty to his sister and later surprised his daughter with a 12 lakh car (Tata Venue) on her birthday. This is the real power of Galway.
Today, his parents live a comfortable life, as their son earns well. His family, parents, wife and daughter is his world.
A Turning Point That Changed Everything
That turning point came through his uncle Chhote Lal, who introduced him to Galway. Initially, it looked like just another earning option, but soon it became the biggest opportunity of his life.
31st December 2011 became the start of his new journey. Despite family pressure, he followed his heart and joined Galway. That decision changed his life completely.
Premchandra says, a job can fulfill needs, but to fulfill dreams, Galway Business is necessary. Coming from a village, his dreams were small in the beginning. But after seeing the success of his uplines, his thinking became bigger. He realized that Galway is not just income, it gives a big vision.

In the beginning, he faced rejection, taunts, and criticism. But instead of giving up, he proved himself. Earlier, he did not know about branded clothes and had poor dressing sense. Today, he attends meetings in suits and tie. He once hesitated to speak in public, but now he motivates his team like a senior leader. Along with business skills, he worked on his personality as well.

Premchandra followed every Galway training system sincerely. He learned everything from product retailing to meetings, presentations and training skills. He strengthened his basics through training classes, learned vision and approach in master trainings, gained confidence through product detailing and got motivation from his uplines.
He believes that doing business without learning is just hard work, but learning the right way makes it smart work and success needs both.
He used every business tool, website, social media, one-to-one meetings and powerhouse meetings to grow his business and team. Most importantly, he never gave up on his dreams.
Mentors Gave New Thinking and Energy
Premchandra gives full credit of his success to his mentors, Chetan Sir, Kush Sir and Santraj Sir. According to him, they are not just guides but pillars of inspiration. Whenever he felt stuck or faced rejection, his mentors supported and guided him. This mentorship became his biggest strength.
He believes that if you follow the system, the system takes you to success. Today, he is at LDD rank and working hard for further promotions.
He has purchased land worth lakhs and plans to build a big house soon. With Galway Car Bonus, he bought his dream car on his daughter’s birthday. From thinking about doing labor work, today he has become a successful businessman.
