Shivraj Singh says that he has been associated with Galway Business for last 11 years. He gives credit for bringing him into this successful business to his own student. He says, “I was doing my post-graduation. I used to give tuition to one of my student. He told me about this business. I was also a college student at that time. And like any college going youth, I also had big dreams. But when my dreams came face to face with reality, I realized that all these dreams will never be fulfilled by a job.” Singh adds, “It is said that when you move forward with good intentions, you will find someone who will make your path easy.”

Singh says that he found a guide in form of Galway Business which showed him the path of success. Singh admits that today he has reached half of his destination and will achieve his goal in coming years soon. Shivraj Singh always dreamt of "Kia Sonet". Now, his dream came true. He has bought his dream car from Galway Car Bonus and his next dream is for his family. He wants to get a luxurious mansion for his family which is living in a simple house in a small village of Almora. He also wants to achieve the All India LDD promotion with a Dubai tour.

Education and training leads to success

Shivraj Singh stress on education and training. He always heard of up-line and his mentor Mr. Chetan Handa that the first condition for being successful in this business is to get training regularly. The more you learn, the more you win. Whether it is learning business plan or about Galway products, learning is the key of success. First you learn and then you become a leader who teaches the team. He says, “I regularly go to the power house and do promotion and achiever day celebrations with the team. I myself am a master trainer and do one to one and product trainings regularly.”

For team motivation

Shivraj says that Galway business is basically a teamwork and work of duplication. Your team will follow what you do. I plan with teamwork to get my team promoted because if you work hard for the promotion of your team before yourself, then you get promoted automatically. Therefore, to motivate my team, I focus more on RRR which means recharge, reward and recognition. I promote retailing in the field through LCC. I participate in 10 to 12 mega presentations in a month. Additionally, I bring out offers for my team every month. The best performers of the team are given gifts every month such as movies and picnics. I always insist on doing LCC.

Determination to win

Shivraj regards the company's mentor and co-founder Shri Chetan Sir as his role model who always says that “Be stubborn to win”. Shivraj too got involved in business with passion and determination to fulfill his family's dreams and because of that, today he has become successful and living a happy life with his family.

He wants to give this message to his team that self-confidence, positive thinking and hard work are included to be successful in any work. If you have all these, then no power in the world can stop you from being successful.
