A grand "All Jharkhand RD Meet" was held in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, on October 24, with the participation of hundreds of Galway RDs from across the state. The primary goal of this event was to honor new RDs and inspire them on their path to success.

The presence of Senior Director (Sales and PR) Kush R. Kumar made the event even more special, as he shared Galway's 21-year journey of achievements, sparking enthusiasm among all attendees. The event also saw the participation of Director (Education and Training) Rajesh Paswan, Regional Heads Mundrika Gop and Nishant Nath, Star GDDs Santraj Kumar and Mithilesh Kumar, GDDs Mahesh Kumar, Rupesh Rai, and Rajkumar, along with many senior leaders. Rajesh Paswan honored all Galway leaders, while Mr. Mundrika conducted training on key techniques for becoming a successful leader. This event inspired all participants, giving them fresh direction.
