The Galway Shankhnaad event held at the Rail Auditorium in Bhubaneswar was filled with enthusiasm and inspiration. Attendees included Director (Training and Education) Rajesh Paswan, Regional Head Manish Singham, Sushant Kumar Samanta and representatives from all Galway franchises in Odisha. Sushant Kumar Samanta effectively conducted the event.

The program began with a session on offers and business promotion training conducted by Rajesh Paswan. He explained how to rapidly grow the business by effectively utilizing the company's offers.

Subsequently, Regional Head Manish Singham provided training on the reporting process, clearly explaining the importance of a systematic work approach and accurate reporting.

Star GDD Mahesh Kumar’s business orientation session was the highlight of the event. Sharing his experiences, he outlined key strategies for expanding the business, building a team and becoming a successful leader. His address infused the entire auditorium with energy and enthusiasm.

On this occasion, Managing Director Sarabjeet Sir and Senior Director (Sales & PR) Kush Sir honored the participants who had successfully completed the two-day Galway Agri Training by presenting them with certificates on stage.

In his address, Sarabjeet Sir identified dedication, discipline and continuous learning as the foundation of success, while Kush Sir conveyed a message of moving forward with leadership, teamwork and a positive mindset.
