Meditation is Essential during the heat of Summer

SEP has transformed countless lives by turning stress-filled days into peaceful ones, and this journey continues. Much research has shown that meditation during changing seasons, especially in the summer, not only brings mental peace but also significantly lowers the body's temperature. Due to intense sunlight and poor lifestyle choices, reduced food intake can quickly deplete energy levels, leading to various health issues. Therefore, practices like meditation and pranayama are crucial as they replenish the body's energy and enhance mental concentration.

In this sequence, an SEP training workshop was organized in the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. Master Certified Trainer Ranjani Kumari and Certified Trainer Mankunwar conducted the workshop, training over 70 participants on topics such as Meditation Mind, Conscious and Subconscious Mind, EET, Rock Salt Therapy, Cause & Effect, The Law of Attraction. During the session, participants gave positive feedback. The contributions of Mahesh Sonwani and Praveen Patel were significant during the event.
