Meditation is important for physical, mental & spiritual health

Having a healthy mind with healthy thoughts along with a healthy body is very important. We can keep ourselves healthy by practicing yoga, which helps in keeping diseases at bay. However, it's essential to develop concentration and awareness in the mind. If we want to keep the body and mind healthy, we must practice meditation.

The Founders of Galway were aware of the amazing power of meditation, so they launched a SEP (Self-empowerment Program) for their fellow Galwians under the auspices of the Galway Foundation. Till now, lakhs of people have got freedom from anxiety by attending the training of Self-Empowerment Program and are moving their business forward by adopting healthy thoughts. In the same sequence, in the month of August 2023, SEP's master certified trainers Ramkishan Kaivatarya, Chanchal Vaishnav, Santdas Tandon and certified trainer Chayna Kaushal provided basic training of SEP to more than 500 people from different states through online mode. During this period the trainers shared knowledge, on self-healing, theta, self-empowerment and meditation with individuals. They also provided an explanation of the meditation technique to them.
