Work pressure, irregular eating habits, and mental unrest are making people physically and mentally weak. In such a scenario, meditation proves to be an effective solution. It not only provides mental peace but also improves overall health.

Experts believe that practicing meditation reduces stress levels and brings calmness to the mind. It helps in controlling blood pressure, keeping the heart healthy, and strengthening the immune system. Meditation also enhances concentration and memory, improving work efficiency and productivity.

Regular meditation helps in overcoming insomnia, ensuring deep and restful sleep. Additionally, it keeps the body energized and helps maintain emotional balance. Various studies have proven that meditation lowers the stress hormone cortisol, making a person feel more peaceful and happy.

Keeping human well-being as a priority, Galway Business's CSR initiative, Galway Foundation, has been organizing offline and online meditation training under its Self-Empowerment Program (SEP) for many years. Continuing this effort, in January 2025, SEP-certified trainers Mankunwar, Chayana Kaushal and Ramkishan Kaivartya trained over 500 people through online sessions.

During these training sessions, the trainers guided participants on mental purification, the flow of positive energy, and various other essential aspects of meditation. They also conducted live meditation sessions to help people experience its benefits firsthand.
