The Benefits of Meditation Explored

Just like every month, in the month of July too, trainers of the Self-Improvement Program (SEP), provided basic training to people online. All these trainings were conducted on different dates of July.

In all these trainings, more than 670 people understood topics like self-healing, theta, self-empowerment, and others thoroughly and learned about their benefits. On this occasion, the trainers also conducted meditation for all the participants.

All these trainings were conducted by Master Certified Trainers Ranjani Kumari, Upendra Kumar, Ramkishan Kaivartya, and Certified Trainers Santdas and China Kaushal.
