In today's fast-paced world, meditation is becoming a necessity for everyone seeking to maintain mental peace and concentration. Cultivating the habit of daily meditation is increasingly regarded as essential for reaching one's goals without burnout and for maintaining balance in life.
With this objective in mind, SEP-Galway Foundation, the CSR part of Galway organizes virtual basic meditation training sessions every month, facilitated by certified trainers. During March 2026, over 350 participants enthusiastically took part in these virtual training sessions, where they learned the nuances of meditation.
All these training sessions, held on various dates, were successfully conducted by certified trainer Chayana Kaushal. Appreciating this initiative, the participants described it as immensely beneficial for both mental health and personal development. Such initiatives by the SEP-Galway Foundation are proving to be a significant step toward mentally empowering individuals and encouraging them to adopt a positive lifestyle.
